Boeschen's has been our HVAC contractor since 2006 with the installation on a new build in Fairhope. I love the maintenance contract and the fact that if we have a sudden problem, a technician will come as soon as they can. I have never waited more than 4-5 hours for emergency service. I highly recommend this company.

The call was after hours and the serviceman was across the county, but he showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit to where it would work until the correct part could be replaced the next day (which it was!)

From the first telephone call until the final touches of the installation, I have been impressed by the professionalism and technical expertise of the Boeschen's team. Everything was delivered, including communications, at or before the time promised.
I am impressed by the quality of the unit. Its efficiency is obvious in the very rapid rate it cooled the house. I am impressed by the warranty and service plan that captures my costs for the next ten years. I am impressed by the advice received from the technicians on what I can do to ensure my unit operates effectively and efficiently throughout its life.

Boeschen's Heating and Cooling did the original installation of the HVAC system in our new home. I called to resolve a couple of issues under warranty. No argument, no negativism; just plain courteous and prompt service. I've kept them for my annual services. Always on time, always informative and upon departure, no mess. That's in addition to the great performance of service.
